Everest - A Decathlon Expedition

Creating a visual ID for Decathlon Evere

Enthusiasm ignited within us as the project was pitched, sparking a deep resonance with the call of the outdoors. The allure of the mountains and the challenge of fostering a company culture around this theme at Decathlon Evere in Brussels captivated me. As we embarked on this journey, the mountains became more than just a backdrop—they became a symbol of the shared commitment to adventure, resilience, and community. Follow us as we explore the essence of our brand identity and embark on a transformative expedition together.

Outcome

The outcome was a remarkable human response resonating across the entire company, with active engagement witnessed in all four pillars of the brand ID—people, clients, sustainability, and business. Employees became passionate ambassadors not only within the project but also outside its confines, embodying its values and fostering a culture of enthusiasm and commitment both internally and in the broader community.

Challenges

The challenge was compelling all involved to grasp what would rally people around the project, spanning the brand ID's four pillars: people, clients, sustainability, and business. Subsequently, the task was to integrate these insights into the organizational ethos, fostering a unified company culture grounded in our shared values and aspirations.
